(Depending on your phone model you might also be able to use IR or Bluetooth™.) Connect the USB cable to the computer and the phone. In the phone: Choose Media transfer and press "Select". On the computer: Open My Computer and your phone will be visible as a removable disk. Double-click the removable disk. Here you will find specific folders (depending on your phone model) where your pictures are stored. Open the folder containing your pictures.
